How can I find a quality US based call center I can trust for a low volume client?

I have a consulting client that is getting more and more after hours call leads but the call center is dropping the ball. They have asked me to find a better solution so we can maximize the ROI on our marketing budgets.

Has anyone had any experience recommending call center solutions for clients that only get 3-5 after hours calls a day? It's hard to find anyone reliable with such low volume so far.

I personally use The company is based in the US but has Central America workers that speak perfect English and are highly educated. I would say the quality is better than a US call center. I have referred them to a few other founders on here and they have been very happy with the quality and have even discovered other ways that the company can be useful to them.

Philippines has proven to be a Call Center capital of the world with 24/7 availability, neutral accent English, and high quality. I managed a call center in Phills and I'm talking from the experience. Use Linkedin search to find BPO centers there.
