Its when you work long hours , you don't have enough rest and sleep , you not eating correct nutritional food (ie organic not hamburgers and fast food) you don't get enough exercise , you don't meditate , you don't have a supporting home environment (ie outside pressure), you suffer from Adrenal fatigue .You make mistakes and errors in judgment . You become intolerant and Irritable at the smallest of things , you cant get off the phone or the IPAD. You get migraines and in the worst case you start showing other symptoms like loss of weight or maybe putting on weight.
