Any recommendations for setting up a legal entity in Romania?

We currently have a small team of software developers and testers working in Cluj.  They're currently working as contractors, but we'd like to set up some sort of subsidiary or legal entity there so that they can be considered employees.  Has anyone here already navigated this type of thing in Romania?  If so, are there any lawyers you would recommend using to set up the entity or payroll companies you would recommend to manage the taxes, fees, pension, etc. that is required by the government?
Too many founders wing it when it comes to financials; they have no idea how to explain them to investors. In this course, we’ll teach you how to build a basic financial model; read financial statements; and understand cash flow, balance sheets, and income statements.
