We used typeform for a long time - still use it occasionally. Have mostly positive things to say about it. What are you looking to understand?
I have recently used it and unfortunately one of the biggest missing feature for me was to have a ranking-style question. There are hacks around it by asking the question as multiple questions and don't let users answer the same rating if it's already given but that's such an annoying way of doing it.
