I started my career doing SEO, PPC, sales, advertising and have started and
sold a handful of companies.
But I\'ve been on the path to teach myself development beginning in 2008,
I\'ve taught myself CSS, HTML, (some) JS/jQuery, (some more) PHP.
Now I\'m trying to learn Ruby on Rails (ROR).
The trouble is, I\'ve realized that there are days I make a lot of progress
and then there are days where I hit a roadblock. I get stuck on a bug and
the answer\'s not on Stackoverflow, etc. and I know if I spoke to an
experienced dev for 15 minutes I could save myself hours of headaches.
So what I\'m proposing is a buddy system. I help you with any of your
advertising/business questions.
Let me know if anybody out there who is an experienced Rails dev wants to
buddy up.
Ryan, thanks, highly appreciated!

I highly recommend this group:

I was going pretty routinely about a year ago. Great group of folks, good
location (Cafe Racer), great atmosphere for beginners.
