Hi everybody! I have been working for the last few months on an employee engagement platform, built to improve connections between teammates. Our goal is to bring teams closer by getting employees to know their colleagues better, particularly for Startups where part or all of the team is working remote (almost everyone now.). We are super excited that our beta is ready and are looking for teams of 5 - 20 people to try it out. It integrates with slack, so it only takes a few minutes to have it up and running. If you are interested or want to find out more about it please fill this form https://airtable.com/shrNJ1lc9tRBO9CNk and we will contact you directly :) If you have any questions about it just let me know Thanks!
Well, there are certainly two opposite feelings about "getting to know" your co-workers. One tribe believes work is work and they have no interest in sharing or discovering the personal lives of co-workers. The other treats co-workers a little like family. This opinion is not defined by company culture, but it is somewhat polarizing.
My questions are: How are you able to implement your system in companies where employees have mixed opinions? (some want to connect, others want professional distance) How is the system monitored to prevent unwelcome types of communication between colleagues?
