Appointment / Employee Scheduling Software

Hi All,

Just wanted to check to see if anyone had experience using SAAS scheduling
tools. I am looking for something that can both help me manage employee
schedules (IE: what hours they have to work) & appointment scheduling (IE:
Enabling employees to make private appointments with site users). It seems
like most tools I\'ve researched provide one or the other service and I want
to avoid asking my employees to manage 2 calendars.

I\'ve already looked into:

- ShiftPlanning
- AppointementPlus
- SnapAppointments

Does anyone know of a tool that can fill both of my needs?

Have you looked at shiftboard.com?

My company ArivX does scheduling, planning, route optimization, etc for Field Service and Delivery workers but I don\'t think that is what you want.

Benjamin, check out Shifthub (shifthub.com). It\'s a scheduling tool for
shift-based employees. Not sure if it has the capability to schedule
private appointments, but it may have an option to sync with employees\'
gmail/Outlook calendars - they\'d schedule private appointments from there.
If you\'d like, I can intro you to somebody from Shifthub - they would have
more info for you.

Someone else asked a similar question that I responded to, but, I can't find it now.  Here is another service to check out.  www.appointmentcore.com.  I can provide an intro.
