Are Gluten-free products growing in Dubai as it is rising in the United States?

I would like to know if the market of a gluten-free product is growing in Dubai. The number of people diagnosed with a gluten allergy can not be easily accessed online unless I have a contact with a doctor over there. Creating a Facebook or Instagram page to test the market and observe customers buying behavior is going to be time-consuming and very challenging for me. I would like to sell existing products to Dubai market if GF is a growing market there
