Authoring solutions for IP content should allow us to perform following tasks (all or most of these):
1. to provide the structure of the documents to be populated,
2. Assign the forms to different team members
3. Track the progress of various team members
4. Form submissions and peer review for feedback
5. One more round of editing & enhancements to the content
6. Approval and lock the forms in a secured place.
Should we develop our own tool or can we rely on existing online / offline products? Would be great to learn from fellow member's experience.
