Outside of Product Hunt, Reddit, Twitter, Hacker News, Facebook, are there any other sites that have a good amount of activity that welcome posting links to brand new products?

We are launching an MVP tonight and would like some free ways to spread the word fast.

@Josh, the target users are owners of Bitcoin that want to spend it to purchase things (as opposed to holding it as an investment).

Some more on Bitcoin demographics can be found here.

Some hightlights:
  • The average user is a 32.7 year old libertarian male.
  • Top motivators for new users are curiosity, profit, and politics.
  • is the dominant community platform.
  • Far more people have used Bitcoin to make donations than to buy narcotics.
  • 39% of users do not drink, smoke, gamble, or take drugs.
