On the team side, adding talented people and keep the fire on within the team. Raising money and scaling are a bit later stages problems.
The driver founder usually takes it harder than the others, those are the ones who are merely glue in the team and take the mission a little bit personally, so finding good moral co founders can go a long way, very long way.
