Best e-mail for builder?

I am looking for the best way to install a sign-up button on my website. I've seen a few form builder apps, but I'm wondering which is the best one.

I'd like one that is simple for the user and keeps good information for me. If there is one that keeps track of the infirmation users input, that would be ideal.  So, any suggestions for a good tool to install that sign-up button and user info form?

Depending on how big you are looking to scale, you can use mailchimp or constant contact to get started and embed your forms on the website to start collecting email addresses.  You can customize the signup forms to have whatever fields you want.

David is right on. In my opinion, MailChimp is a little easier to work with, and free-to-less expensive for modest numbers of subscribers and messages.
