Hi, Jason.  I am using Stubbs Alderton and they are great--I am doing a fixed fee package for early stage startups.  Louis Wharton is my main point of contact and I highly recommend him - we went to Stanford Law together.  He is very seasoned and so I'm sure has experience with SaaS.

Hi Jason - here are a few firms that have worked with many, many local startups - Not sure if they have expertise in SaaS in particular, but 99% sure that Scott Alderton does, and bet the others have as well.

- Scott Alderton - Stubbs, Alderton -310.746.9800
- Emily Yucick - Fox Rothschild (her vertical is startups and they also have a great employment lawyer on the team) - (310) 228-3076
- Courtney Eisner - Citron & Deutsch - (310) 475-0321

Please tell them I sent you.  Good luck!

Hi Russell,

I actually need you to elaborate on your question in order to answer it. I have serviced software companies, including some who distribute their works via iTunes, such as best new iTunes app Kanvas, in addition to Alluring Logic, just to name two.

That being said, I don't understand what you mean by "domain expertise." If you could clarify, I'd can address.

Ryan - do you have domain expertise in SaaS firms?  Can you elaborate?
