Does anyone have a good startup/tech attorney - preferably NY based - who specializes in executive contracts/compensation? It wouldn't be a huge job; potentially one face-to-face or phone at first and then phone/email back and forth on specifics. Looking for trustworthy and experienced guidance. I imagine it would be a retainer style arrangement (perhaps then hourly if over a certain threshold of time/work) with someone who is interested in building a long-term relationship for future work and counsel.
You could easily fill this position by hiring a Contract Attorney, my company specializes in Technical Attorneys ( mostly eDiscovery) you should probably be able to get one for about $40-75 an hour

You might want to consider a temp- perm conversion option as well , in case you like them so much that you want to bring them on board permanently.
You just need to be clear on what the short term and long term requirement are.
