I am currently a student of Business management, and in subject Business Law it is mentioned that Section 11 of Indian Contract Act mentions that a "minor" (below age of 18) can't enter into a contract.

So, you should either have a major -partner or you need to attain the age of 18

Before you listen to anything or anyone, I must tell you that I have an indian friend that launched a startup at 13, and he's the CTO now at 16 years old. And he launched it in India. I am not knowledgeable about Indian laws, but my indian's friend Facebook's account is : Nilay Kulkarni

You could ask him more details about it. But it is sure you can do it, as he already did.
