Why not just use an off the shelf ecommerce platform - Magento would be my choice but that's just me - and customize the fulfillment for a supermarket? We could build this quite easily.

yep, its easier to manage a ecom website on these platforms

1.Wordpress + woocommerce = Learning curve [6months to 1 year to master it]

2.Magento/nopcommerce = Learning curve [1year to 2 years to master it]

3.shopify hosted = 30days + you can get all kind of support from their support team
