Hi All,

I'm looking to get further insights into the cloud-based customer helpdesk/ticketing software market. Is there information about market share in this space of the main players? I.e. ServiceCloud, Zendesk, Parature, Freshdesk, Kayako, etc.

Why do you need to spend additional money to create Helpdesk Software. Look at low cost 24X7 help desk providers: 24X7 Helpdesk just for 3$ per user..  L1 and Basic support.
