What are the best resources to help with commercialization?

I am looking for the best resources - websites, blogs, etc. - that entrepreneurs use while commercializing, scaling their companies and taking their technologies to market. Whether it be software or hardware, what are the best resources you have used (if any) to help you through the process?

Examples would include the Startup Owners Manual or Dawnbreaker's commercialization framework. I am looking to see if these are helpful and for any new recommendations!

Hey Simon, let me know if your business model includes licensing.  I have some useful articles based on my experience on how to maximise value in a licensing deal.

I endorse Paul's comments above - the business model canvass is a useful tool.

Ive been impressed with the "canvass process" of business model development. It quickly raises questions and helps you run forward to answer and iterate there are two competing canvass models. engaging in both to see what you think and value might be of value, the first one I came across: http://www.leanstack.com/ then a rival: http://www.create-build-execute.com/2014/08/19/introducing-the-tech-creationist-canvas/ That should be an interesting start. -paul
