CRM solutions that offer external admins for forums or unlimited users

I am researching CRM solutions that either offer unlimited users at a reasonable price or allow you to add external admins to customer service forums. This would allow us to have third party's involved in support where applicable.

Sugar CRM is a possibility (the open source version) but I am not a big lover of the feature bloat in Sugar. 

I'd welcome and appreciate any suggestions!

Not sure I explained that well - A CRM solution that offers unlimited admins/users or allows you to add moderators to the support forums who will be notified of any posts.

Thanks - Method CRM is cost prohibitive compared with other CRM's. I think they up sell aggressively due to their QB integration which isn't really key for this project. ᐧ

Hi Kate,

as Bernard said, I'm not sure if we need to get a forum within the CRM.  Maybe an open source forum can be used in parallel of the CRM.  Depends on your needs, which I don't know yet.

As for a CRM, I don't know if you looked into ZenDesk ?  I know couple of small business that use it.  I can get feedback, if needed.  Aslo, it doesn't cost a lot per month.

My 2 cents
