We have done the development for our engine where we build Android and IOS Apps for restaurants. I would like to get your input on how best we can proceed on marketing it to restaurants.

Asghar.

If you've pre-validated the need for your new application with real restaurant owners or managers, I would suggest you go back to them to show your finished product. If they previously liked the idea, they should be ready to buy.

If you did not, you might contact Nations Restaurant News to advertise on their website. It is read by many in the U.S. food industry. In addition, if your new product is unique to the industry, they may even be interested in writing a piece about it.

Hope this helps.

In addition to the others, approach established SME groups in this space that are seeking SaaS apps to add to their bundles as well. YellowPages.com has been evolving to a SaaS for local over the last year, as an example. Yelp is looking to reduce dependence on search. There are tons of groups that sell IT to restaurants. A partnership with them could be effective.
