Here are hundreds of natural products that are seeking additional exposure. I used to run marketing for their parent company. http://www.expowest.com/ew17/Public/Exhibitors.aspx?ID=1064971&sortMenu=115000
Feel free to reach out if you need any additional help. I've run marketing for companies sold to Amazon, and many others.
Thanks for the note. Unfortunately I do not have Natural Products industry
or category knowledge. My background is in the food & beverage industry.
With that said I do have a few suggestions for you to consider.
1. There are two well known eCommerce recruiters you can reach out to for
help (Jerry Bernhart, Harry Joiner). They will have access to a pool of
qualified candidates but they will cost you money. Typical fees are in the
20%-30% of salary.
2. You can make a list of companies in the Natural Products category that
make sense for this role and then search LinkedIn for people who work at
those companies. Once identified you send them an email asking for help in
identifying potential candidates. Maybe they will be interested or will
know someone else. This should lead to a network from which to source from.
I hope these suggestions are helpful.
