We've just recently launched a product that's targeted at iOS app developers - specifically those who want to add a photo-sharing social network to their app. Someone just suggested www.appcontactlist.com as a potential tool to identify customer prospects - it's apparently a service that provides you with contact information on (new) developers as their app hits the app store. This sounds useful on paper, assuming there are good tools for filtering out the 99% that's just noise, but I figured I'd check with FD to see if anybody's ever used this service, or have thoughts about it. It's not cheap - $500/month I think? - so it's not exactly a no-brainer.
