Does anyone know what language(s) were used to build the following website? : https://www.routeperfect.com/trip-planner

With limited software dev experiences beyond basic html, I'm struggling to find what language was used to build the above website. With that knowledge, I can find the appropriate technical co-founder — Thanks!

If you open page source, you can find redirection to php pages, like ... <a href="http://www.routeperfect.com/about-us.php" title="About Us">About Us</a> ...

Also you can see integration with :

- zendesk.com, https://routeperfect.zendesk.com/hc/en-us , for explanation of the zendesk, please check https://www.quora.com/What-is-zendesk

- google-analytics

So, technology stack can be PHP with JavaScript, but I would suggest to first think about requirements and/or use cases which you want to solve.

Once you have that you can think about technology.

Check builtwith.com which lists technology profile of any website. Here is for the one you mentioned:

Here is a useful link: https://www.wappalyzer.com/

This browser extension detects the dev-stack of websites.

But to be honest, I don't really understand why it's important to you... Programming language is not a key of having a high quality product. You can build any product with any modern language if you know how to work and use it.

When you view page source, it's HTML source that was generated from the PHP code. So you would not see any php code there. If you go with PHP, I would recommend to build with the Laravel framework.

Hi Rocco,

They use jQuery, Google Maps & Bootstrap.

And other's mentioned, it uses PHP (I haven't checked this) on the backend.

What are you actually looking for?

Dalibor,

Thank you for taking the time to answer my questions—they were very helpful.

One quick questions, when I view the page source on: view-source:https://www.routeperfect.com/trip-planner

I don't see"zendesk" or ".php" anywhere in the code. Where did you find those keywords?

Thank you!
