Has anyone had luck with the free form buliders out there and are there any you would recommend? I have used Wufoo but they make you pay after 100 submissions. Anything more flexible with price that still looks nice?

Have you use Google forms, which is part of Google Drive?

I'm a big fan of Typeform and highly recommend paying for it. I used it on http://fuweekend.com and had a great response.
