Getting a consultancy to help Fintechs started....

I am starting a consulting company to help fintech but I am not sure how to impress them, for a moment I thought of Getting a partner to do the sales, but I am partnering with my dad who is an expert in the solution, so I thought then,..what will I offer to the alliance....I dont know how to get this started...any suggestion? I dont have much money to get like a email and website...so I am just emailing the CEOs....but I am not sure how to impress them to trust me.
