The success of any business lies in understanding customers and pivoting a plan to orchestrate all the business efforts so the function can work seamlessly. In todays world we have plenty of opportunities and tools, however most business execution work in silos as marketing tech stack is never orchestrated. If anyone has done a MVP development for marketing tech stack for startups, products then question to them how they brought that idea to life.
This is nonsensical. When you are actively investigating product market fit, your business operations are constantly shifting. Why would you bother automating that? You don't. You wait until your processes are set. And when they are, there's many integrated vendors to choose from. "Integrated marketing tech stack for startups" is silly.
@alyssa I agree, however the loss we incur when we don't orchestrate is the problem i was asking about. an SME can make use of say platforms like zapier or segment to orchestrate the marketing efforts and see a complete visualization of whats happening around marketing / business investments. However things evolve and become complicated and its good to address that with an mvp isnt it? Also a lean stack which can help business to make right investments at the right time else we don't know the tools/products that are adding value to business, thats my opinion i might be wrong too, but looking for your suggestions/thoughts!
@Srini is this product focussing more on CRO? i am interested to take a look at it, is there a demo or high level view to see that?
