Collaboration tools · Contractors
Question to modern entrepreneurs:
I am creating a company that will operate on-line with no brick-and-mortar office and will have hundreds of remote employees / contractors working from their homes.
My Question is:
Have you seen or used software that can manage all the remote jobs, people and teams that is customizable, secure and reliable, preferably to work (compatible) with the Slicing Pie https://slicingpie.com/ ?
We will need to track hours worked, reporting, testing etc. all in one place.
The software should reside on our own server (AWS) with controlled access and not anywhere else.
Any experience and suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks,
Stan
Hi Stan! My company uses Hubstaff tracker. http://ssqt.co/m5fbVn0 It's a really good tool that controls all employees, provides full reports for customers and other interesting things. We've tried different trackers but this one is the best for today.
Hi Stan.
We can build one for you. Staff, time track, work track (screen capture), task allocation, project status, HR, payroll, invoicing, etc.
This then becomes an ASSET in your organisation, which increases the value of your company. -

what I think you should do is use a variety of softwares. For example facetime, zoom, skype for video conferencing, teamviewer among developers and programmers. scheduling apps for management and so on. all the best!
Thank you Denis. Looks decent, might work. The issue is it resides on a third party server beyond our control... Thanks anyway.
to Paul Garcia - i never said I "have not encountered them". None of them meets my requirements (clearly stated in my question).
Yes, there are at least three significant software packages that are designed to manage projects (timekeeping, contractors, task planning, etc.) across distributed teams. I'm surprised you have not encountered them with a simple search.
