Angel investor is usually a guy who knows you, invest into you as a person for why you do things

if not personally known, they usually operate via network

you could try LetsVenture, Ah Ventures and many other platforms like these

If ready with Idea, MVP and validation done - raise from friends and family and take product to stage 0.1 and then you would need Seed funding to make through to 1.0

Do you have investors deck which discusses key points like business plan, moat, growth strategy, total amount being raised, valuation etc? If yes please share and I might be able to help.

Well, this is not quite the way. The question you asked has been asked in the discussion forums several dozen times. I encourage you to search and read those discussions.

You ask the right question though, how-to, not where. Angel investment is not necessarily the right type of investment for you. There are seven types of investment, each with their own expectations and requirements. While you might still be pre-revenue, you aren't asking for money to build your product, so you may be eligible for other investment types.

What investors care about most is the planning you have done. What have you done to reduce the possible risks? What validation did you find for your marketing strategy? What assumptions were tested and what did you find? And how was your product/market fit validated?

If you have build your MVP, where are you first customers? Why do you need money now (what will it be used for)? Did you build your product without market testing first?

As for gaining an understanding of the path to startup fundraising, I recommend the book written by CoFoundersLab creator Alejandro Cremades titled The Art of Startup Fundraising.

Getting connected isn't the issue as much as being prepared to connect. Plans that demonstrate you have reduced all risks to the maximum amount possible, and that you have validated your strategy and product fit, along with your conservative forecasts, those are the easiest kind of plans to find a match for. The dog-and-pony show opportunities to get in front of investor candidates may be different in India, but it's not clear from your brief message what type of investment you're seeking, what it will be used for, and why you need it now. To narrow down the options, we need more information.
