How do you bootstrap your B2B prospect list?

Lots of inquiries about prospecting and building leads. While there are lots of software products out there, I am a learn it and bootstrap first type of guy. Optin email lists are gold. Google can change their algorithms, FaceBook can increase their prices, but you have full control over your email list. I know email marketing seems dead, but a small targeted, optin, warm list is gold. Especially of targeted customers. I created this eBook while at a large enterprise software that gives one small, non-gimmicky, technique.

It is a small step - but hopefully will open your eyes to a bigger play of how to get B2B leads.

I linked to the download direct - no email gate on it. Ironic if you read the book. This is a resource - no selling, no products - just plain, good information.

How do you prospect?  Any good bootstrapping ideas?

Growth hacking isn’t about quick wins and shortcuts, although they exist. In this course, we’ll cover the six-step growth hacking framework, how to measure user retention for your business, how to increase engagement and retention, and a bunch of case studies.

Justin,  Great post!  With all the newinbound marketing tactics that are written about, getting the basics down - such as a simple proprietary email marketing list - are a must-have. Thx for the link.

Love a good bootstrap!

I recommend lives streaming in Youtube and giving a way something related to your business. Also, write a book and put in on Amazon. Give it for free or charge $1 either way you get an email to one of the largest search engines in the world.

May I recommend you use. keywordtool.io to narrow down the most searched topics in your industry and use that for your livestream title and book.

Hope that helps.
