How do you keep bias out of a survey?

We’re going to run a quick and dirty survey about a new product feature we launched. It should be about 10 straightforward questions. One thing we really want to avoid (and we’re not experts on) is biased surveys. We don’t want to unintentionally introduce any. What are some ways you can make sure your survey is unbiased so you get the most accurate results?
