Over the past 18 months I have been working on building a turn-key marketing, commerce and CRM platform to help both my existing clients with launching and growing their businesses, while preparing it to release to the public. As I near completion, about 85% of the way there, I am seeking guidance on how to "Go To Market" with my PeopleVine platform.
I am the sole developer of the platform, so my biggest challenge is finding business, managing relationships, supporting clients as well as continually develop on the platform. It's definitely a lot of work.
So I'm looking for guidance on how I can take it to the next level. Who do I need, who should I partner with, where do I find investors? Your suggestions are appreciated.
Well, the platform is bootstrapped. I've been surviving off of finding individual clients to use the platform and ultimately help me build the platform to fit their needs. Now that i'm getting closer to a finished product, well oiled machine, what I really need is a team to help me bring it to market.
Just looking for ideas on how I should structure that team? I don't have capital to hire anyone, but am willing to give some equity to anyone who can help me grow it.
Keeping in mind, my goal is to build the platform while the team is marketing, selling and supporting it.
