This is not an easy question. You need to find your own way to do this movement but reading will help. Look for a good mentor, therapist, and people to inspire yourself. Never give up try and works hard and always.

Fatima! This is a wonderful question and you're already off to a good start because you're open to the possibility. Before anything else, start from a position of well-being / happiness. Don't create the "new you" from a position of lack or you're starting off with a poor foundation.
