Recently FD had an extensive discussion about ExecRank. The overwhelming consensus was negative. I have had first-hand experience with BoardProspects.com and would not recommend them either. I don't know of any website that's been effective in this regard. The best approach, I suppose, is to go the old-school route: networking!
