Hi Vikas,

Thanks for your question. As a matter of fact, I built a website to connect businesses likes yours (as well as freelancers) with startups or current businesses that need support. The problem I saw is that there is a big disconnect between finding work on Upwork/Guru because of their support system. I wanted to integrate helping others at no cost to the people who are just getting started. This website is just a preliminary kickstart to the full-site (currently in it's final stages of development) and you can sign up for the private beta here.

Just keep trying to Grow your social network in your niche market and keep trying and find ways to get in touch with with your Potential clients.

Pitch them your Idea and how can your product/service can help their busniss to grow? Bigger the network, bigger the chances you have to get the project.

I think you can start with AngelList & Gust. But I'd love to learn other options as well.

I don't believe such a database exists. These startup companies are by their very nature *new*. All I can suggest is to try to put yourself in the position of those startups and try to network in the same way. (Your profile says London) Do you attend any of the startup events in London? Do you offer anything to them for free so that they can recommend them to their friends and fellow startups?

Do you know who funds early stage startups? Do you work with any of those seed/pre seed funders so that you can guarantee getting paid?
