How to run a (software) startup company of which you are sole owner anonymously ?

You are the sole owner of your startup, that runs a website, makes android / ios apps.

How would you do that anonymously ?

"the company is completely legal, doesn't make any objectionable software, just normal softwares"

what are the software solutions in market currently that you would deploy to manage your team anonymously .

Assuming you have 100 employees, 5 employees manage the 95 others.

how would you communicate with your top 5 employees and then they spread the word to lower level.

please respond only if you have a solution ?

Why are you not asking your attorney and CPA this question? You will have to structure a type of shell company similar to how developers do when they don't want to be gouged on the price if the potential buyers were to find out they were a mult-billion dollar company. Someone is always going to know who you are though if you are going to have an active hand, rather than be a silent investor, in the organization. As for iOS software that manages that I do not know.

i don't want to hide liability, nor assets, i am the ones would would like to give back to society, by being anonymous i only want to enjoy right to privacy.

i plan to open a separate website , i want to outsource the work of my main website to this separate website, in that way i am not acting as a direct CEO , but as a contractor

What is the reason you need to hide your identity? If it is to avoid liability, this does not work. If it is to hide assets, it may work for a while, but will fail. You can have shell companies in tax havens, but if you have 5 direct employees, it will eventually be known. " Three can keep a secret, if two of them are dead." - Benjamin Franklin

Based on your last post, quite honestly I would be more concerned with learning proper writing and grammar before you go out and save the world. Improper punctuation has become a travesty with the impact of social media. Your two posts do not seem to align in approach. Again, I would suggest connecting to your attorney and CPA if you have not completely discombobulated them with overly complicating something through what is likely your own false paranoia. Best of luck though.

You need to keep it clear. People who are working with you need to be sure about internal structure, who is in-charge and etc.

Also, you can not be ''anonymous'' for investors (if you will need them).

Everything must be/look clear, organised and genuine.
