How can I make money from this website I built as a hobby?

Your hobby site appears to be just a landing page with no usable links. From the looks of it, there is nothing to scale. Do you have any more content?

I know you're looking for funding and not site critique but:

1) You should make the "Jobs" link more prominent.

2) On the http://katilezo.com/employers.html page, "you're" is missing the apostrophe

3) On the job posting page, categories should be a select (or dynamic search) field instead of letting people type whatever they want

How are you distinguishing your site from sites like https://www.freelancer.com/ ?

Your site should have people log in via Facebook or LinkedIn. Gathering data about people is what really excited investors.

Thanks Adrian. There are actually usable links in there - http://katilezo.com/jobs.html

That's where I display all the jobs

Thanks a lot for this feedback. I genuinely know that this website is not fit for any funding as it is.

Next thing I would do is allow people login with social accounts.

Let me go see what https://www.freelancer.com/ is doing and how I can make mine unique.

Thanks again Adrian
