We have been receiving a number of request in the form of process management like back-end data, billing, form filling etc, offering with high payouts however asking heavy initial upfront security per seat, bank guarantee.

I know most are are fake and one should only trust reputable MNCs, but how do they do business?

Is online review good to judge?

Do genuine process demand security? How to find genuine process?

Hi Craig,

We are not outsourcing but getting requests for process management from different companies. Have been serving clients on data related processes. But of late there has been a lot of fake request recieved.

Sharique I guess first of all if you are serious in evaluating the outsourcing option then make a list of activities that can be potential candidate for outsourcing.

Choose one process that gives you the most grief, document it in-house to find out what are the actual improvement opportunities and potential cost savings or efficiency increases.

With this knowledge in hand, send out an RFP to the prospective companies with specific deliverable as a part of their quote.

Hold meetings, compare the solutions on offer and the potential cost/efficiency improvement with your own model and make a call.
