My company recently deployed a very simple survey, and when we tabulated the results, we realized we had a disappointing net promoter score of around 5.
This obviously necessitates deeper surveying about the pros/cons of our product. While we’re doing that, I was wondering if you have heard of clever and/or effective ways to improve NPS and the issues that lead to low scores?
Once you get the surveys, you worked with the clients and determine how to raise the net promoter scores from there. With this information you received, you pivot your product to gain a 9 or 10 for new clients coming on board. I hope that helps.
