I am trying to do some research on prepaid mobile providers and trying to reach the person in charge of PREPAID Customer Lifecycle Manager.

John if you know the person has that title and you know the companies you need to reach, what is your question?...who they are? You can answer that question through doing your own research. So again I default, to my prior comment, post you are looking for someone to join your team and present them with compensation, or state you are looking for someone to spend their time capital so you do not have to invest your own. Which if you find someone to volunteer to your cause, more power to you. Personally, I think that kind of approach to entrepreneurship is not in the spirit of "days wage earned for days work." Also does not build the type of loyalty and reciprocation you will need to have success in your business.

This is seeking more than advice, but utilizing an individual's working relationships. You should put together a compensation suggestion for what you are asking if you want to get attention.

The person you are seeking may or may not have that title, and the responsibilities may be spread over numerous people or multiple departments. Depending on the size of the carrier, there may be a couple dozen people involved in the marketing/sales groups that look at lifecycle management. And depending on the business model, they may not look at the customer flow as lifecycle at all. There will never be just one person who is in charge of this function in a large company.

There are numerous marketing models and each treats the type of information you're seeking differently.

1. McKinsey 7S model

2. The 7Ps of the Marketing Mix

3. AIDA

4. The Ansoff Matrix

5. The BCG Matrix

6. Diffusion of Innovation

7. DRIP

8. Porter's Five Forces

9. Price-Quality-Strategy Model

10. Push and Pull Marketing

11. Product Lifecycle

12. RACE Planning

13. Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP)

14. SOSTAC(R)

15. SWOT (TOWS) matrix

They may not even look at lifecycle at all in the way you're anticipating. First you have to understand what marketing model the companies you're probing are using. Then you can determine how you might find the information you're looking for. It will be different in each model. Most companies do not have someone with the title you noted.

I would normally agree with you but in this instance there is in fact a person with that exact tittle at each of the prepaid wireless companies:. It is turns out that it is much less difficult that you may think. I do appreciate your comments
