What my plan is I want to set up is a new all-round security startup that offers cyber security, as well security service solutions, where cyber and physical security come together under one company, One party that offers all security solutions for your business. The Netherlands and Europe are our focus.
What do you think of the business concept and business model?
Tips are always welcome.

The idea is great, especially in terms of enreach SOC data for example by physical or other traditional events, but i tgink that phisical security and start-up litle bit incompatible. You can not pivoting every day how to place guard across bank office or make MVP for truck stop barier. And people who work on phisical security market and cyber security market too different too. So I think it is better to bring integration and automation with modern tech from cyber sec startup to well estsbleshed physical security buisness. For my expirience thouse people always lack of tech helpers
Sounds great. I have some thing really great, which will be beneficial for both of us.

I think this is an interesting idea, but would need to hear more about your pitch and concept before being able to comment further. I know that the Netherlands has a big interest (and likely a large pool of dedicated funds, which you likely already know) for cyber and physical security solutions, as does Estonia. Given what's going on in the political landscape, might also be worth your time to think about France as well as the larger cyber European community. My only concern is that there are likely many others already operating in this space, so would need to know what differentiates your business model from competitors.
Make sense? Happy to listen further if you're trying to flesh an idea out (for context, I come from the consulting world and worked primarily on international cyber and national security, with federal and government level stakeholders, so I have a lot of experience in this space)
I appreciate your enthusiasm. However, words like, 'all', 'everything', 'all-in-one' and the whole idea of startups does not go well together. Cyber security domain (even the virtual one) is quite a large one. Taking into account , no big vendor can offer solutions that could encompass the whole area, it is nearly impossible for a startup to do so.
I'd be trying to focus on a relatively small and focused headache and try to create a solution for that.
