I've got this niche category I want to create a marketplace for helping the sellers sell in the international markets. What do you think should be the initial team structure to run such a platform apart from the web development part because it's already take care of.

An influencer / marketer who can capture seller sign ups for free or at a very low cost to acquire
An influencer / marketer who can capture buyer sign ups for free or at a very low cost to acquire.
If one marketer can capture both markets even better.
