Any advice i can get around this especially the legal aspects? You know it or not but plainly speaking, an acre of hemp produces the same amount of pulp for paper industry which requie 21 acres of trees with maturity age of 3 months for hemp as compared to 3-20 years for trees. And its just the latter use of the crops after medicinal and other uses. An healthy discussion or suggestions highly welcome.

I find this an interesting question. My firm worked with a group on a universal building material replacement for wood, sheetrock, ductboard that was based on hemp. The issue is US regulations as it still treats it as marijuana on the federal level. For that reason the other party ended up setting operations up in Canada and then imported the final product into the USA. I am not sure of the laws at the time but by it being a set product they could import it into the usa without issue.
