Hey guys.

What do ppl use for shared inspiration folders within a co? Evernote?
Dropbox?

I\'m looking for an option that might allow for tagging + search.

Any help would be great, tx.

I\'ve used Dropbox, Clipboard <http://clipboard.com> and Pinterest for
something like that. If you need to tag + search images/clips, Clipboard
might be your best option.

Cheers,

We use a wiki (confluence). I use dropbox and evernote as well but with how
large the wiki has ballooned and how much it has helped quickly put up
structured pages and thought flow - can\'t imagine life without it.

I like the expandable tools and services you can add on as well.

Google drive is generally the best if your on Google. Trello is a great
project management/sharing/communication tool. Good luck :)

Hi Abby,

I am using Dropbox a lot because it allows me to share Files between
i-Devices, between iOS Apps, and between my desktop and notebook as well as
between internal and external teams. I have not figured out what Evernote
is good for other than you want to share notes with yesteryear smart phones.
My notes are files, shared via Dropbox organized by folders.

Hi Abby -
For sharing images, comps and other visuals I\'d suggest Pinterest (private boards) and Droplr.
I love Trello too but it won\'t help you with sharing images.

Completely agree with Todd. Check out Tracky. They\'re doing something
really cool for working in teams and sharing documents.

Thanks guys, this was SUPER helpful.

I think Clipboard meets my needs the most for this project, so if anyone
else needs something close to what i specified i highly recommend it. i\'ll
definitely look into all the other tools everyone mentioned, too.

cheers

i use Google Apps to host my domain so Google Drive is available by default
to everyone within the domain and you can tweak permissions and sharing
among folders as you see fit.

+ 1
I\'m too using Google App/Drive, the ability for content creation/editing
and collaboration simplifies the process.
I use Asana and/or basecamp for project management and communication.
