How have others handled unpaid interns? Have you set formal policies or processes?

Be careful - at least in California, unpaid interns are pretty much a violation of labor regulations

I have one who just started working with me who is amazing.

I was actually just about to search for templates for legal contracts/docs. I assume I'd just set him up as a contractor. I'd be curious to hear others' reactions to this and what resources have been used by others.

Thanks.

My interns are amazing as well. It's basically open, but I had them sign something that states that all work done is ownership of ShopAddiKt

Lydia -- A big yes. Best to get an internship agreement or the like in place. I can send you a template if you need one. Will Glasson (503) 807-1261 (mobile)
