Is there a function similar to "Click to Tweet" that can be applied to LinkedIn and Facebook?

I want to generate a link that people can click and it takes you to the pre-populated post that can be shared right away just clicking a button. Please help!

A great idea is 1% of the work. Execution is the other 99%. In this course, we’ll teach you how to conduct market analysis, create an MVP and pivot (if needed), launch your business, survey customers, iterate your product/service based on feedback, and gain traction quickly.

You can create a Facebook "share" button and put it anywhere. When this button is clicked, a window is opened, with a static content that you specify (text and image), a place for the user to add optional message, and a submit button, which publishes this post on the user's timeline on Facebook. Is that similar enough to what you meant?
