My company sets up many webinars on a regular basis (Agile approach, devops, growth hacking..),  however the overall process to get new email addresses, to send invites, to send reminders, and to follow-up with attendees has become quite cumbersome. Before we get into the process of creating an internal tool for that purpose, I was wondering whether someone in the group would recommend an existing solution that could help.
Ideally, I would really like to find a company that provide the web conference system (e.g.: gotomeeting, join.me, zoom) and that could take care of the attendees in a virtual manner. It would be a major plus if that company also had a database of contacts to be used for announcing webinars.
