My cofounders and I have read a lot about the importance of constantly surveying, testing, and adjusting. We’re right about ready to launch a very simple version of our product. We all feel we could tinker with these for at least 3 more months before launching but we’re trying to resist that temptation so we can start getting receiving real feedback. We know this is basically worthless until we release it. Plus we don’t have the money to keep tinkering. So right before we let this baby go I’m wondering if there’s anything I need to consider before I launch a very early product?
