In an attempt to collect pre-data for an educational readiness review of K-12 facilities I have put together a google form. This form can be sent out before I do the in person facility review to be complete by a contact person or I can use it for my guidelines when I am at the facilities. What would you include, exclude or do to compile the data. Would you come up with a number to show the readiness level?
My goal is to complete a tool that can easily be used for this process.
