looking at your website (medifund.co?) you're targeting med students. I'd
startup with ivy leagues schools' med programs in your area
Then -- go on linkedin and find those -
https://www.linkedin.com/title/medical-student
Perhaps -- add a feature on the signup that gives them something in return
to sharing the website on their facebook/twitter/linkedin friends (there
are a few plugins just for that sharing capability)
Lastly -- Go to financial aid in universities and see if you can partner up.
Go to craigslist and look for med students -- I found 10 in the sfbay area
and I'm sure other search string will tield 100s more
put your product on product hunt -- medical sections (if there isnt any --
create it)
There are many ways to get your target market since it's very focused.
Hope this helps!

@gil wow I love your answer. Thanks for the insight and yeah am talking about the website www.medifund.co but am working on a new version that does not involve crowd donations but rather lending/loan. So am looking for ways to get prospective lenders/loans for the students and yeah tying up with university aid division is one way but hope to find more ways too. Thanks
@joel, thanks for the response but am building the innovation already and looking for more of tie ups and partners that can help direct investors/lenders to our platform
