I am wanting to create a founders team based on Lean principles. I aim to prototype the product and fully test all assumptions via Lean UX. Which makes technology a service driven by Aglie (velocity) methodologies. Which shifts the values somewhat.
The product focus is tourism which means that users would be from French, English and Chinese cultures. As this is integral to the product, I feel that it should be a founder based skill. Tricky to find tourism founders, and with Lean the founder must also not be remote.
What founder structure would you suggest, and which method of reaching out to them?
